Terms and conditions

When you book with us, you are agreeing to our policies as below:

* Please arrive at your appointment on time, mask on and hand sanitize upon arrival.

* Any belonging items must be left on a chair next to your table for sanitizing reasons.

* No Extra Guest and No Pet allowance.

* No phone call or texting during the lash time, please switch on flight mode is a great way to avoid any disturbances.

* We guarantee our work for 48 HOURS after service.

* Forms of payment accepted: cash, e-transfer & credit card (your own card only). Payment must be received by the end of service.

* DEPOSIT of $25.00 to secure your appointment, it goes towards your service, but it is non-refundable if you are No Show / or cancellation of your appointment.

* LATE: 15 minutes past appointment may not be served. If you are late 15 minutes, you will lose your deposit $25.00 and 50% of the reserved service amount need to be paid.

* NO SHOW: If you do not show up to your appointment, you will lose your deposit $25.00 and 50% of the reserved service amount need to be paid.

* CANCELLATION: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 48 hours, you will lose your deposit $25.00 and 50% of the reserved service amount need to be paid.

* NO REFUND after service was received.

** INFILLS: Infill appointments required at least 40% of lash extensions remaining or it will be considered a full set.

** Fills are recommended every 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks will be a New Set.

** 1 Hour Refill: must have at least 80% lashes on each eye.

** 1.5 Hour Refill: must have at least 60% lashes on each eye.

** 2 Hours Refill: must have at least 40% on each eye.

** Foreign fills are welcome at our standard touchup prices.

@ For sensitive eyes we recommend doing a patch test 48 hours prior to your appointment. 

@ After care after eyelash extensions is very important:

 - Avoid getting them moisturized for up to 24 hours after application.

 - Do not rub or touch your eyes.

- Wash your lashes daily to ensure they are remaining clean and clear of debris or products containing oil.

- Brush through your eyelash tips in the morning.

- Do not use oil based products around or on the eyes.

- Do not sleep on your face.

- Stay on top of your infills (recommended every 2 - 3 weeks)

- Extreme heat, hot shower, smoking, cooking over the stove, opening an oven, .... can cause losing lash curl.

- Sunscreen, sweat, and swimming in salt chlorine can cause retention issues.

- Watery eyes, humidity and altitude changes can cause retention issues.

@ LASH LIFT, EYELASH and EYEBROW TINT CARE:

- A Lash Lift lasts 6-8 weeks. 

- A Lash Lift should not be reapplied before the 6-week mark.

- If eyelash tint or eyebrow tint is properly cared for, it will last up to 4 weeks. 

- The color will gradually fade; the rate at which it does can depend on your hair type; and how well you care for your lashes or brows.

- Avoid touching the area treated.

- Avoid oil based make up products for 24-48 hours.

- Try to keep your eyelashes or eyebrows dry for at least 24 hours.

- Avoid heat treatments, beach, sauna or pool for at least 24 hours.

- Do not put your contact lenses back in for the rest of the day.

- Avoid applying make-up for at least 24 hours.

@ BROW LAMINATION AFTER CARE:

- Avoid getting your brow area wet for 48 hours, keep your brows totally dry. 

- Instead of splashing your face with water, clean it with a cleaning wipe.

- Avoid excessive rubbing or touching of the treated area for 24 hours.

- Avoid makeup for 24 hours.

- Avoid contact with direct sunlight, saunas, steam rooms, swimming pools, and sweating for the next 48 hours.  

- Sleep on your back to avoid pressing on your brows during the night.

- For the next three days, avoid using any exfoliating products or retinoid around your brows.
